The Moscato is the most authentic symbol of the production of Paolo Saracco, creator of wines that reach the highest quality peaks of this typically Piedmontese category, also thanks to the great vocation of the terroir of origin located just a step away from the alpine peaks. The Saracco company was founded at the beginning of the twentieth century thanks to the great-grandfather of the current owner Paolo, who took possession of the farmhouse where he had worked for years. With the generational transition, the company was entrusted to Paolo Saracco who, in 1985, decided to carry out a re-functionalization of the winery, laying the foundations for the current growth that today characterizes every production phase.

The great attachment of the Saracco family to their land of origin is reflected in the choice of highly suitable plots for the production of Moscato, also thanks to the high altitude and the optimal exposure of the vineyards in Castiglione Tinella, Santo Stefano Belbo, Calosso, and Castagnole Lanze. The vast area available to Paolo Saracco allows for accurate harvest choices, balancing any difficulties of a vineyard in a certain vintage with the best conditions of another parcel. The result is fully visible in the Saracco Moscato d'Autunno, long considered the flagship of the denomination and the reference point for the entire typology.

The strength of the Moscato d'Autunno lies in its almost total approximation to perfection, with varietal notes taken to the extreme expressive: deep citrus and candied fruit notes follow one another, with fresh, finely balsamic hints that anticipate an elegant finish with vibrant aromatic returns. For those who love the genre, the Moscato d'Autunno is a must-try, like a return to the fundamentals of this sweet typology that Saracco has interpreted with stylistic precision and adherence to the territorial tradition.
