'Concrete' Rosso De Fermo 2023

continues with the same belief, with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in cement tanks.

The De Fermo Concrete has a dark and impenetrable red color. Impactful nose, where a generous rusticity does not impair the expressive variety, composed of berries, earth, juniper, and herbal notes. The tasting can only bring back to the gastronomic vocation of the wine, due to a freshness that makes the wine lean and dynamic, and a delicate tannic friction that suggests pairing with various cured meats or meat-based preparations. So simple, so satisfying.
